I have been a New Jersey licensed Home Inspector for over 17 years with a 21-year background in Civil and Structural Engineering. I began my journey coming from a place of wanting to help others make informed decisions. Buying or selling a home is a major investment in anyone’s future, being able to share the good, the bad, and the ugly findings in a home can be a tricky road to navigate. Lucky for me, it is a natural skill.

My role as a home inspector is to help identify your homes defects, safety, and deferred maintenance issues. Some issues will require further investigation by a specialist while most I am able to discuss the significance. No home is perfect - even brand new.

In addition, I work cohesively with sellers to take preventative measures, discuss updates and repairs before listing their home.

When we work together, we build a life-long relationship and my door is always open. It is my pleasure to answer any questions you may have about the maintenance of your home.

I take pride in my knowledge of the systems that complete a home.  I am more than happy to pass that knowledge on to you. My inspections double as educational sessions. Simply put, “Housing 101”. I elaborate on how things function and we take note of important shut-offs and safety mechanisms in our time together. I have worked with countless first-time home buyers, seller’s preparing to list, and clients who would just like to maintain and nurture their home properly to sustain value.

An active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This assures you that I have met the strenuous professional and educational requirements and comply fully with the Association's Code of Ethics. I perform the inspection in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors & N.J.A.C. 13:40-15.1. Learning and refreshing my knowledge with continuing education courses.

My approach is simple, we chat, we schedule, we evaluate. Call me today at 908-599-2992 to get your home inspection process started.
